1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kelia (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kelia is a family digital assistant application that helps you manage:

Family accounts and shared family groups
Family member profiles and birthdays
Daily agenda and appointments
Shopping lists and tasks
Home maintenance records
Family documents
Household budget and expense tracking
Family memories and photo timeline
Time Capsules — sealed photos, videos, voice messages, and notes for the future
Family chat between household members
AI-powered assistance
A daily family overview (“Giornata”) with automatically generated suggestions

3. Accounts & Registration

To use Kelia, you must create an account using your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials confidential
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate information when creating your account

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Zona pericolosa → Elimina account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

When you register, a family group is created for you along with a unique invite code. You may share this code with other people to let them join your family group and access shared household data (calendar, lists, budget, memories, documents, and chat).

You are solely responsible for who you invite into your family group using your invite code. Kelia Apps is not responsible for disputes arising between members of the same family group regarding shared data.

5. License

Kelia Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. AI Assistant

The App includes an AI assistant. Please note:

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or financial decisions
Kelia Apps is not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all data you enter into the App, including budget and expense information you choose to track for personal household organization purposes. You agree to:

Keep your device and App secure
Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
Not enter highly sensitive information such as full payment card numbers, bank account credentials, or government identification numbers

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at your earliest convenience.

9. Availability

We strive to keep Kelia available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Server issues
Updates and improvements
Circumstances beyond our control

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. KELIA APPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KELIA APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
